Holding Space for Collective Practice

I’m opening the doors of my personal practice to hold space for others, making an effort for those whose voices and bodies are too often pushed to the margins.

You are always welcomed to attend any class, but sometimes it’s good being around friends with similar cultural references and experiences!

Community Support and Encouragement

I’m holding myself accountable to give safe space for our rainbow family, BIPOC, “Come from away”, or any other person/group feeling isolated on any Friday! As a white woman, it’s my duty to make an effort to communicate to and include those that have been marginalized from my ancestors for too many generations. Please let me know how to become a better ally anytime.

Each gathering centers mindful movement, breath awareness, and silence, with a steady rhythm that welcomes both new and seasoned practitioners! Our outdoor studio is nestled into the forest, so be sure to use your preferred bug deterrent for ultimate comfort.
